I absolutely adore this story! I’ve read it every Christmas for the past few years.
This was a cute story! I read it first before the other cowboy books and was pleasantly surprised to hear these characters mentioned in the other series, like wait, I remember them! Elle writes relationships so well, whether it's sweet Rodeo love or Saint View spicy.

This story was too dang cute. If you like your Hallmark movies with a side of spice, you'll love this quick read. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to fall in love with the characters in less than 200 pages, but Elle is a master. And now I'm considering trying my hand at riding a cowboy. 😉
This was the first of the cowboy series that I listened to. I love Elle’s audiobooks and this one did not disappoint. I can’t wait to re-listen to this one at Christmas time.
Not a Hallmark Christmas story…so much better! Grab some hot chocolate and cozy up with a cowboy and this book!

Johnny and Isabel were an incredible Grinchy/Sunshine couple! Especially because she comically is the Grinchy one. Loved their story!
This was my first of Elle's cowboy books I read and I fell in love. I now read It every single year during the holidays. I love the role reversal where the girl hates Christmas and the guy is all in. Johnny is totally swoon worthy.
This is a great Christmas romance! I loved it so much I listened to the audiobook after reading the ebook. Both were fantastic.
I bought the kindle version of this book, and really enjoyed it. Johnny was an absolute golden retriever and did his very best to change Isobel's mind. I am now on book two of the main series and love meeting them again as they pop up.

I finally cracked open one of Elle Thorpe’s cowboy romances and it was pretty good. I’m still not sure I’ll turn into a cowboy romance fan, but it didn’t negatively affect my Elle appreciation, so I’m counting it a win.

My first book by Elle Thorpe, I really enjoyed the FMC and MMC (and as an Australian, I enjoyed the skippy references).
I for one adored this quick read that gave me all Xmas feels. Johnny falls hard for Isabel and I swooned over his instant attraction.

This was the first cowboy book I read of Elles and it done the job of sucking me into her cowboy universe. I love cowboys, I love Christmas and I just loved this book. Johnny and Isabel are just so sweet . I loved reading their story, plenty laughs and spice. 5 stars everyday 🔥.

I love that the grump isn't the guy for once (because, sometimes, it's us girls that are the Grinch, okay?) and that the fact that it's a Christmas themed book does NOT deter Elle from making it spicy 🖤
I have the audio version, and really like the guy's voice, too.

This is 100% feel good story with a lot of spice.
At first I wasn't sure i would lile the Cowboy theme and wasn’t overly interested, However, I ended up loving it, it is one of my favorite Holiday book. I chuckled throughout the entire book. I feel for the characters so quick and it made me want to read more of her cowboy books. I don’t normally reread books but this one is a yearly reread for me. Its a perfect holiday read.
This book will hook you and never let go. It has just the right amount of spice and angst to make you enjoy Christmas a little more. It is now an annual read for me to get in the spirit. I honestly could read this anytime of the year.

I absolutely LOVE this book! I've read and listened to it more times than is probably considered healthy, and honestly, I'll probably do it a dozen more.
I adore all of Elle Thorpe's cowboys, but Johnny and Isabel will forever have a special place in my heart. The way Johnny is immediately all in and determined to give Isabel a Christmas she'll never forget had me kicking my feet and giggling!
What makes their story so special is watching that instant attraction turn into something so much deeper. Once you get past the insta love, watching these two genuinely fall in love with each other is just so ridiculously satisfying.
This book is the ultimate Christmas cowboy comfort read, and I will never get tired of coming back to Johnny!
The audiobook was spectacular. This is a great, sexy, funny with great characters…. Love love love. Will enjoy devouring the entire series

This book is seriously amazing. I love the chemistry between the characters and how it’s full of funny, sweet, charming and swoon worthy moment. Isabel is originally from Australia when Christmas is spent in the sun with the smell of a bbq in the back ground. But whilst that might sound amazing it still not Isabel’s favourite time of year and well she has a list to prove it. But being in another country with a blanket of snow around I can understand why someone could be grumpy.
Now Johnny, that man is one hot cowboys who has is determined to make his new friends time in his town better and try and help her find her love for Christmas again.
Another great book by Elle. So much laughter, love and some steamy steamy goodness. I couldn’t put this one down. If you love a good Christmas read trust me you won’t be disappointed.
Read this as part of a holiday read along and absolutely loved it!! Can’t wait to read more of this series!!
