We want you to love your order!

  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
  • Lost parcels: If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
